Over on the left you'll see a few vertical tabs. Under Contact Info are fields we use for your ticketing receipts and communicating with you.
Your Camper Profile is now here at gayshatetechno.com, and storing it here means we don't have to ask you the same questions year after year. When I could find it, I collected any past profile information for you and imported it here. Your Profile is where you let the crew know your food allergy, health, gear rental, ride sharing, and arrivals info. Please take a second and fill that out.
Under that is your Order History. In cases where the emails you used matched old orders, I tried to import any tickets or donations you paid for here at the site for the last couple years.
And there's more to come. Soon, you'll see additional sections for volunteering sign-ups and for ticket transfers.
2020 Presale info
The Presale runs from November 1 to January 4The Presale ensures that all our returning campers have access to our lowest cost registration. All Presale registrations are at the Tier 1 price, and we will not sell out of Tier 1 registrations during the Presale, no matter how many of you register.We are only registering past campers during the Presale, and allowing them to each pay for only one camping spot. That means you will be able pay for just one spot, for yourself.We will not be making any public announcements about the Presale on social media or online. Please help us keep a lid on this and don’t talk about the Presale beyond the Discord channel.We are only selling tent camping spots during the Presale. You will not be able to buy a cabin bed or vehicle camping spot during the Presale. Those will go on sale when the General sale begins on January 5.The one exception to #5 above. If you have health or mobility challenges that prevent you from tent camping, you can register now for a tent camping spot and we will move you into a bed during the Presale. Doing it this way ensure that all our campers with health and mobility challenges have access to a bed.We are also able to offer discounts to anyone who’s ever performed music as part of the official lineup at any of the gatherings. If that’s you, your price when adding a registration to your cart will already reflect that discount. We are offering this discount during the Presale only. Once the General sale begins, that discount will disappear.
